Rules to read before submitting. If you do not read these your network may get denied.

Your domain must be a fully qualified domain, no free dns services.
Your network must meet our minimum requirements: 1 channel, 5 users.
You MUST have legit users. If we catch your network has nothing but mostly bots, we may disable or delete your network without warning
You MUST have an active working IRC DNS address that matches your domain name. All IP's in the DNS must be working or the precheck will fail.
Networks with more than 1 name are not allowed. The name you enter here must match your NETWORK=NAME in /version and include NO special characters.
In order for us to provider quality service we recommend you have /list /links and /lusers supported. If you run InspIRCd, please make sure the bot isn't blocked by the LIST delay.
No commercial networks such as shell hosting companies will be allowed.
Network must not be passworded and allow connections on minimum port 6667.
You must have a valid email that matches the network domain.
You must use the nickname of yourself in the admin box. You must also be opered up or the precheck will fail.
ATTENTION INSPIRCD USERS: In order for the bot to pass the precheck, and index your network please add this to your config file, and /rehash: <securehost exception="*@*.ircdriven.com">
Also, for any other ircd that has /list protection, you MUST disable it or our bot that prechecks a networks consistancy at initial submission WILL fail the network. Please add exceptions where needed, if the bot fails the network, you will have to resubmit.
