Channel Description
Duck Hunt is an FPS for IRC.
Every once in a while, a duck will fly away and players must shoot it down as quickly as possible.
- Multilingual support (French and English language packs provided).
- Very many configuration parameters.
- Ability to specify times when ducks sleep.
- Ducks escape after a while or when frightened.
- Ducks can be generated randomly in order to thwart detection by HL and scripts.
- Super-ducks that are more difficult to kill and bring a lot of XP to whoever manages to get them.
- Management of ammunition and the number of magazines, the player must remember to reload his rifle.
- Hunting accidents putting the lives of other hunters at risk.
- The risk of accidents increases if there are more people on the channel.
- Guns can be confiscated automatically when the hunter makes a mistake.
- Bullets can ricochet.
- Gain and loss of XP points, penalties increasing with level.
- 40 levels of progression based on XP, with 40 titles associated with them.
- Karma (because there are good hunters and bad hunters).
- Improveable statistics (precision, armor, deflection, risk of jamming, number and size of magazines).
- Ability to easily edit the progress table and even add new levels.
- Store offering a choice of 23 special items to purchase for XP.
- You can sometimes find interesting things by searching the bushes around a duck you have shot.
- The return of confiscated weapons and the replenishment of ammunition are automated.
- Possibility to disarm a player temporarily or permanently.
- Tracking nickname changes, conflict management, level 1 protection against score theft attempts.
- Creation of dated logs in order to accurately monitor hunter activity.
- Export of player data and statistics in a table, possibility of sorting according to 34 different criteria.
- Many administration commands.
- Daily backup of the database.

Player Commands:

Fire a shotgun.
!reload
Reloads or unblocks the rifle if it is jammed.
!lastduck
Shows the time since the last duck flight.
!duckstats [nick]
Shows a user’s statistics.
!shop [id [target]]
Shows a list of items that can be purchased or makes a purchase if “id” is specified.
Some items require a target player to also be specified.
